Return period
You can return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are generally possible even after the 30-day period has expired. However, in such cases, we charge a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods.
Requirements for a return
To enable us to process your return, the goods must:
be unused,
be returned in full (complete),
be in the same condition as when we shipped them.
Please pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Who bears the return shipping costs?
If the reason for the return lies with us—for example, due to an incorrect delivery or defective goods—we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
For returns made for other reasons—such as the item no longer being needed or not meeting expectations—the buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
Registering a return
Before returning the item, please fill out our return form completely and include it with the shipment.
This allows us to quickly and accurately identify and process your return.
